Celebration of two Eid and miracle of Quran

Quran : The last revelation of God is miracle of miracles.

Every chapter, every sentence, every word of Quran is a miracle from God. Let us see how celebrations of two eid are reflected as miracle of ONE WORD of Quran. 

A. fariḥa (فَرِحَ)  - The Arabic word means to rejoice / be happy / celebrate.

Muslims have only two festivals [special occasions for rejoicing]-

A: Eid-ul-fitr; B: Eid-ul-azha. 

Festival is meant for rejoicing, being happy.

How the arabic word fariha is related to these two eid?

There is only one occasion in the whole Quran when the Arabic word - fariḥa (فَرِحَ)-  is used as command. What is that occasion? The command to CELEBRATE / REJOICE using this verb is on the occasion of revelation of Quran.

Yes - the revelation of Quran from the creator of this world is a mercy, blessing and guidance for the mankind. On this beautiful occasion; God command us to rejoice, celebrate, be happy. 

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 

O mankind! there has come to you an instruction from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases) in your hearts,- and for those who believe, a guidance and a Mercy. Quran 10:57

قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَ‌ٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ 

Say: "In the bounty of Allah. And in His Mercy,- in that let them rejoice": that is better than the (wealth) they hoard. Quran 10:58

Let us see - how this command of YAFRAHU=Rejoice fulfils in real life.

B. Yafrahu = rejoice / celebrate as revelation of Quran STARTS: Eid-ul-fitr 

        

Quran was revealed in one go to the base station- in the month of Ramdhan. Quran 97:1; 44:1-3

The revelation of Quran to Prophet Muhammad started in the month of Ramdhan. Quran 2:185

As Ramdhan ends, we are commanded to celebrate / rejoice [in the form of EID] because revelation of quran started in this month.

C. Yafrahu = rejoice / celebrate as revelation of Quran ENDS: Eid-ul-azha 

The last ayah of Quran that was revealed was from Surah maidah, Ayah 3. That was the occasion of Hajjatul Wida that coincides with Eid-ul-azha. So end of revelation of Quran is celebrated as occasion to rejoice in the form of Eid ul azha.
